If you are looking forward to ordering McDonald’s nuggets or McSpicy tomorrow, well you will be disappointed. We will need to wait a little longer.

McDonald’s Singapore announced on their Facebook Page on 30th April 2020 that they will remain closed beyond the date. The decision was made for the safety and well-being of our employees and customers.

McDonald’s Singapore had announced that it will suspend all their outlets’ operation in Singapore till 4th May 2020.

We believed that we spent most of our weekend having McDonald’s breakfast set with our family. If you are planning to have it today, you will need to rush before 19th April 2020 at 11 am.

McDonald’s Singapore had announced earlier at 6 am on their McDonald’s Facebook page that it will suspend all restaurant operations till May 4, 2020. This is a preventative action in the fight against COVID-19 which has been advised by the Ministry of Health.

They will be closing all the restaurants today at 11 am and will take the last Drive-Thru, and Delivery orders at 8 am, and 1030 am respectively.

A cluster had been uncovered at McDonald’s on 12th April, which involve five of their employees at three outlets in Singapore. The three outlets are McDonald’s LIDO, Forum Galleria, Parklane and Geylang East Central.

On 17th April 2020, McDonald’s had announced that they will temporarily stop takeaways starting from 18th April 0000 hours to 4th May 2359 hours as an added precaution to minimise contact in their restaurants.

McDonald’s has also closed their two outlets at Changi Airport Terminal 3 and a Drive-Thru store at a Shell petrol kiosk along Tampines Ave 2.

We have to hold our craving for McDonald’s at the moment if you are thinking to have it as your daily breakfast or even late-night supper and wait until 4th May.

Meanwhile, do remember to wear a mask if you are going out to get necessity stuff and practice social distancing.
