Furthermore, each ingredient was wholly covered with a thick layer of sauce. As such, we encountered a salted egg from the moment we put into our mouth until we were done eating.

 

 

The food components that we loved the most were the lotus, tau kee, and pork belly. These elements remained moist and consequently, absorbing the flavor of the salted egg.
